Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Designer's Haat is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique Product Received In Defect Condition Or Wrong Item On receipt :- In case you received the parcel in damage condition, first of all verify the quantity of the product against the invoice, incase any difference do not accept the delivery before contact local office of courier agency so that we may take suitable action against the courier agency Incase you received the defected product please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of product. Do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from designers haat. Without such confirmation return designers haat will not be responsible of your product. Our responsibility is subject of safe receipt of defective product. After receipt of defective product we will check the product and a fresh product will be sent. If other product is not available the fund of customer will be refunded. Note: - it may minor color variations between the product seen on website and actual product.
